Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 2D Animation Artist located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The 2D Animation Artist will be responsible for creating high-quality 2D animations for various projects. Daily tasks include conceptualizing and developing storyboards, designing characters, backgrounds, and other elements, and using animation software to bring these elements to life. The artist will collaborate closely with other team members, including writers, directors, and other animators, to ensure that the animations align with the project’s vision and goals. Other responsibilities include revising animations based on feedback and meeting production deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in 2D animation software such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, etc.
• Skills in storyboarding, character design, and background design
• Understanding of animation principles and techniques
• Experience in creating animations for various formats, including film, television, and digital media
• Strong artistic and creative abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
