Job Outline

The 3D Animator at Dreamfoot will be responsible for producing engaging and technically sound animations for corporate, industrial, safety, and product projects. This role demands strong proficiency in Blender, creativity, and attention to detail to deliver high-quality animations that align with client objectives.

By transforming ideas into compelling visuals and collaborating with the creative team, the 3D Animator will contribute to Dreamfoot’s reputation for innovation, reliability, and world-class production quality.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Animation & Production
• Create realistic 3D animations using Blender for corporate, industrial, and safety projects.
• Animate characters, products, and environments through rigging, keyframing, and motion graphics.
• Work on lighting, rendering, and basic VFX (as required).
• Creativity & Storytelling
• Translate project briefs into visually engaging animations.
• Apply animation principles (timing, weight, anticipation, etc.) to ensure natural movement and storytelling.
• Maintain a balance between technical accuracy and creative execution.
• Project Execution
• Manage animation projects with a strong focus on timelines and quality.
• Participate in feedback sessions and implement revisions positively.
• Collaborate closely with modelers, editors, and creative directors for a smooth workflow.
