Brand Republic is looking for a creative and passionate 2D Animation Intern to join our animation team. This internship is ideal for students and fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in 2D animation, motion graphics, character animation, and digital content creation. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience working on live client projects, social media campaigns, explainer videos, and branded content while learning industry-standard animation workflows.

Internship Details

• Position: 2D Animation Intern
• Duration: 3 Months
• Location: P.E.C.H.S Block 06, Karachi
• Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Night Shift)
• Job Type: Full-Time Internship (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating engaging 2D animations for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and explainer videos.
• Animate illustrations, icons, text, and characters based on storyboards and creative briefs.
• Create basic motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects to enhance digital content.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams to produce high-quality creative assets.
• Revise animation projects based on feedback while maintaining quality standards.
• Organize project files and animation assets to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Stay updated with the latest animation techniques, motion design trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Animate.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Understanding of animation fundamentals, including timing, spacing, easing, and visual storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of character animation and motion graphics.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback positively, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma, certification, or currently pursuing/completed a Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia Arts, Media Sciences, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• A portfolio or demo reel showcasing academic, freelance, or personal animation projects.
