2D Animator & Video Creator

Job Title: Smart 2D/3D Animator & Video Creator (AI & Asset Expert) Verticals: Learn2read (Kids Learning) Budget: Up to ₹30,000 per month Location: REMOTE

We are looking for a New-Age Animator for our kids' channel. We don't want you to draw every tree and cloud from scratch—that’s too slow. We want you to work SMART.

You will be responsible for creating engaging 2D/3D animated videos (5–10 mins for YouTube + Viral Reels for Instagram). Your goal is to combine your animation skills with Asset Libraries, Templates, and AI Tools to produce high-quality content at a fast pace.

Key Responsibilities

High-Volume Production: Create animated phonics and storytelling videos (YouTube Long-form & Instagram Reels).

Smart Workflow: Leverage Asset Libraries (Freepik, Envato, Motion Array) and AI Tools (Mid journey, Adobe Firefly, AI Voice/Lip-sync tools) to speed up background creation, character rigging, and asset generation.

Customization: Take stock assets/templates and customize them to fit our unique brand style (cute, bright, consistent).

Phonics Precision: Ensure mouth movements (lip-sync) and visual cues are accurate for teaching letters and sounds.

Engagement: Add sound effects, upbeat music, and smooth transitions to keep kids hooked.

Animation Software: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Animate, Blender, or Moho.

AI & Speed Tools: Experience using AI for generation (backgrounds/assets) and Templates (for transitions/effects). You should know how to get a "high-production" look without spending 100 hours on one video.

Kids Content: Strong understanding of what appeals to children (colors, pacing, cute characters).

Storytelling: Ability to visualize a script and turn it into a fun animation.

Experience: Proven experience creating animated videos (Experience with Kids' channels is a massive plus).

Portfolio: Must show examples of Finished Videos. Bonus points if you can explain how you used tools/assets to make them faster.

Reference: Think Cocomelon or ChuChu TV quality, achieved through smart production hacks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
