2D Echo ReportTypist

• Typing 2D Echo reports as per Cardiologist findings.
• Ensuring accuracy in medical terminology and cardiac measurements.
• Preparing structured echo report formats as per hospital protocol.
• Maintaining confidentiality of patient records and reports.
• Verifying patient details (Name, Age, UHID, Date, Ref. Doctor).
• Coordinating with Cardiologists for corrections or clarifications.
• Updating echo reports in HIS (Hospital Information System).
• Printing and dispatching finalized reports to concerned departments.
• Maintaining digital and physical records of echo reports.
• Ensuring reports are completed within TAT (Turnaround Time).
• Assisting in report formatting updates as per NABH standards.
• Handling routine documentation and departmental registers.
• Reporting system issues or software errors to IT department.
• Supporting Cath Lab / Cardiology department documentation work when required.

Pay: ₹17,930.97 - ₹20,000.00 per month
