2D Execution Designer - Draftsman

Luxury Wedding & Event Décor – Full-Time

We are seeking a full-time 2D Execution Designer / Draftsman to produce accurate, fabrication-ready execution drawings for luxury wedding and event décor.

This role is 100% execution-focused. All concepts and approved designs are provided in 3D, and the responsibility is to translate them into detailed 2D drawings ready for production and installation.

Important Note:

This position is not a concept or creative design role. It is a technical execution role only, based strictly on approved 3D designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive approved 3D designs
• Convert them into detailed 2D execution / shop drawings
• Prepare:
• Floor Plans
• Elevations
• Sections
• Detailed drawings (CNC, MDF, metal structures, floral bases)
• Clearly define:
• Dimensions
• Materials
• Thicknesses
• Fixing and assembly details
• Ensure drawings are fully ready for fabrication and installation, minimizing revisions

Requirements

• Proven experience in 2D execution / shop drawings
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of event décor fabrication processes
• Ability to accurately read and interpret 3D designs
• High attention to detail and structured workflow
• Ability to perform under tight deadlines during peak wedding seasons

Preferred (Strong Advantage)

• Previous experience in wedding, event, exhibition, or custom décor production
• Experience with CNC and layered fabrication drawings
• Knowledge of Illustrator or Photoshop (optional)
