HVAC Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Draftsman to prepare detailed technical drawings and layouts for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The candidate will work closely with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate and compliant designs as per project specifications and Qatar standards.

4 Months and Extendable Project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings
• Develop ducting, piping, and equipment layouts based on design inputs
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams
• Ensure drawings comply with local Qatar standards and project requirements
• Revise drawings based on client/consultant feedback
• Perform site visits when required for verification and updates
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HVAC Draftsman (preferably in Qatar/GCC)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software (Revit is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (ducting, chilled water, ventilation)
• Familiarity with Qatar construction standards and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
