2D & Motion Graphics Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 2D designs and motion graphics for digital, social media, events, and marketing campaigns
• Develop animated content such as promo videos, logo animations, social media reels, explainers, and presentations
• Design static creatives including banners, posts, brochures, and branding assets
• Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and project visual identity
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and event teams to translate concepts into engaging visuals
• Edit short marketing videos and adapt creatives for multiple platforms and formats
• Stay updated on motion design trends, animation styles, and new tools/plugins
• Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related field
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• After Effects (must-have)
• Illustrator & Photoshop (must-have)
• Premiere Pro or similar video editing tool
• Portfolio demonstrating both static design and motion graphics work is mandatory
• Understanding of animation principles, typography, layout, and storytelling for marketing content
• Experience creating content for social media, digital ads, or events is highly preferred
• Basic knowledge of 3D tools (Cinema 4D or similar) is a plus but not required
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail with good communication skills
• Very good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
• Full-time, office-based role (5 days a week)
• Freelancing alongside this role is not permitted
