Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic 2nd shift Care Team Member/MedTech to join our compassionate caregiving team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing high-quality medical and personal care during evening hours. The ideal candidate will possess strong people skills, a caring attitude, and able to follow instructions..

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
• Administer medications accurately following physician orders and maintain detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. We can train you for this part !
• Monitor vital signs, observe changes in residents’ conditions, and report findings promptly to nursing staff or supervisors.
• Assist with specialized care needs including Alzheimer's, dementia, memory care, and other senior care services.
• Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols, safety standards, and medication administration procedures.

Experience

• Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, hospitals, or home care setting is a plus, but we can train someone who is willing to learn.

Pay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hour
