2nd Shift: $30–$34/hr. (DOE, includes shift differential) + OT Available
Schedule: 8-Hour Shifts | Full-Time

You’ll be leading a team while staying hands-on with mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshooting issues, and keeping production and facility equipment running safely and efficiently.

Start your shift with a safety meeting and team check-in

Review work orders and assign priorities to technicians

Jump in to troubleshoot equipment breakdowns on the floor

Repair motors, wiring, conveyors, or facility systems
-
Oversee preventive maintenance to avoid downtime
-
Support your team on complex repairs and recurring issues
-
Coordinate with operations, vendors, or contractors as needed
-
Track work, parts, and repairs in CMMS before shift handoff
-
Packaging lines, conveyors, and production equipment
-
Motors, pumps, compressors, and drive systems
-
Electrical systems: wiring, panels, switchgear, transformers
-
HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and air handlers
-
Hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility systems (lighting, plumbing, etc.)
-
Multimeters and electrical testing tools
-
Hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
-
Precision measuring tools
-
CMMS/work order systems
-
Blueprints, schematics, and repair manuals
-
Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians
-
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
-
Perform and oversee preventive maintenance programs
-
Diagnose issues using schematics, manuals, and testing tools
-
Dismantle equipment and replace defective components
-
Fabricate or modify parts when needed
-
Ensure accurate documentation of repairs, parts, and work completed
-
Manage parts inventory and maintenance materials
-
Support equipment installs, upgrades, and facility projects
-
Ensure all work meets OSHA, LOTO, and safety standards
Requirements:
-
5+ years of maintenance experience (industrial preferred)
-
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
-
Experience working with production equipment and facility systems
-
Previous leadership, lead, or mentoring experience

Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals
-
Experience with CMMS systems
-
PLC or controls experience
-
Welding or machining experience
-
Maintenance certifications or an apprenticeship background
-
Experience in logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing environments

Experience calibrating electronic, mechanical, or pressure measurement tools (gauges, oscilloscopes, etc.) in accordance with ISO/IEC-17025 or ISO 9001 standards

Electrical Worker Certification issued through the State of Kentucky

Active industrial/warehouse setting (hands-on, physical work)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights or in tight spaces
-
8-hour shifts
-
Overtime available as needed
