We are seeking a dependable and experienced Security Guard to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents and guests during evening hours. The ideal candidate is alert, professional, and comfortable working independently.

• Monitor common areas, including hallways, entrances, and shared spaces
• Conduct routine patrols of the property, including the parking lot and pool area
• Enforce property rules and report any violations or suspicious activity
• Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist at the front desk when needed, including verifying guest identification or name tags
• Remain on foot for extended periods while patrolling the premises
• Document incidents and communicate concerns to management as needed

• 1–2 years of security experience preferred
• No security certifications required
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and remain alert during evening shifts
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
