```Duties```
- Provide direct care to patients in a medical setting, including senior care centers.
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.
-Assist with Self- Administration of medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care activities.
- Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
```Skills```
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in senior care settings.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems, such as Epic.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Strong caregiving skills and ability to provide compassionate care to patients.
- Familiarity with memory care practices and techniques.
- Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
