3 D designer

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a 3D Artist who can bring our products to life through high-quality renders and animations. You’ll be working closely with our design and marketing teams to create stunning visuals for our website, social media, and more. If you’re skilled in tools like Blender and have a strong sense of lighting, materials, and animation, we’d love to talk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high quality, accurate 3D models from sketches, CAD data, or product samples.
• Develop realistic materials, shaders, and textures to match real-world finishes.
• Produce photorealistic static renders for product marketing, catalogs, and web use.
• Set up lighting and scene composition optimized for both stills and motion output.
• Create product animations and explainer videos demonstrating product features, airflow, lighting effects, or assembly.
• Work with compositing tools to integrate 3D elements with live footage when require.
• Coordinate with Industrial Designers for design intent and visual fidelity.
• Work with the Marketing team to develop visually consistent assets for campaigns, digital ads, and social media.
• Support the R&D team by visualizing prototypes, mechanical movements, and new product ideas in 3D.
• Optimize 3D assets for real-time and AR/VR applications when needed.
• Manage asset libraries, render pipelines, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in 3D Animation, Design, VFX, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 2,5 years of professional experience as a 3D Artist, Generalist, or similar role, ideally in product design, consumer appliances, or visualization studios.
• Expert in Blender, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max/Maya.
• Strong command of Substance Painter, KeyShot, or Unreal Engine for rendering.
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator)
• Understanding of CAD import workflows (STEP/IGES files, etc.) and retopology for visualization.
• Knowledge of physics-based rendering, HDR lighting, and color accuracy.
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret design briefs and translate them into high-quality visuals.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to adapt across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working with hardware or IoT products.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, particle simulations, or fluid dynamics for airflow visualization.
• Understanding of product lighting and studio photography principles.
• Experience with real-time rendering (Unreal Engine or Unity).

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with standard working hours i.e. 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
