Job Summary:

WBM Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled 3-Phase Electrician to manage, maintain, and repair three-phase electrical systems in the office and plant facilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with industrial or commercial three-phase installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. This role ensures reliable electrical supply, safety compliance, and uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities:Installation & Maintenance

• Install, maintain, and repair three-phase electrical wiring, panels, and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain power distribution systems, transformers, and circuit breakers.
• Ensure proper grounding, load balancing, and electrical efficiency.

Troubleshooting & Repairs

• Identify and resolve faults in three-phase circuits, motors, and related equipment.
• Repair electrical motors, starters, drives, and control panels.
• Conduct regular inspections to prevent breakdowns or overloads.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all electrical safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) while working with high-voltage systems.
• Ensure adherence to Pakistan’s electrical codes and company safety guidelines.

Record-Keeping & Reporting

• Maintain logs of maintenance, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Report major faults, required spare parts, or system upgrades to the supervisor.
• Assist with planning preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Matric/Intermediate with technical certification in Electrical Technology.
• 2–5 years of experience as a 3-phase electrician in industrial or commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of three-phase motors, panels, circuit breakers, and transformers.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
• Physically fit and able to work independently or in a team.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with industrial machinery, UPS systems, and generators.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to work under high-voltage conditions safely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
