3 Year Old Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, developing engaging curriculum, and fostering the academic and social growth of students across various age groups. This role requires a strong understanding of childhood development, classroom management, and specialized teaching techniques to support diverse learners. The Teacher will play a vital role in inspiring students and supporting their educational journey through innovative lesson planning and effective communication.

Duties

• Manage classroom behavior to create a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment.
• Incorporate diverse teaching methods such as tutoring, classroom management techniques, and hands-on activities to meet individual learning styles.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support child welfare and developmental milestones.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress reports, and behavioral notes.
• Qualifications
• Experience working with children in classroom settings, daycare centers, preschools, or private schools.
• Knowledge of curriculum development, classroom management, behavior management techniques, and childhood development principles.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience with early intervention programs and literacy education is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour
