Signature Landscaping is seeking a high-caliber Landscape Specialist to join our founding team as our second primary operator. This position is for a professional who can manage a property from start to finish with absolute precision and efficiency. We provide a "white glove" service to premium estates, and we are looking for a specialist who shares our commitment to excellence.

Elite Equipment & Commuting Perk

• Professional Equipment: Extensive experience operating professional zero-turn mowers is required. You must be highly proficient with 60-inch stand-on models, such as our Toro Grandstand.
• Company Vehicle: This position includes the use of a brand-new Ford F-250 for commuting to and from work. To qualify for this perk, you must reside within 15 miles of Hayden, Idaho.
• Precision Tools: We utilize top-tier equipment and sharpen our mower blades every single morning to ensure a surgical, healthy cut.

The "Signature" Standard Because we serve a high-end clientele, our standards for integrity and appearance are non-negotiable:

• Integrity: You must pass a comprehensive criminal background check (no felonies), pass a drug test, and possess a clean driving record.
• Professional Appearance: We maintain a hospitality-grade image. You must be cleanly shaven (or have a neatly trimmed beard under 1 inch) and keep all tattoos covered while on duty.
• Site Conduct: We maintain a quiet and respectful environment. There is no smoking, no swearing, and no loud music permitted on any property.

Key Responsibilities

• Independent Operations: You will work alone, managing your own truck and 16-foot enclosed trailer. You must be fast without sacrificing precision.
• Precision Maintenance: High-detail mowing, surgical edging, and meticulous seasonal cleanups.
• Estimates & Quotes: You will be responsible for conducting property inspections and providing professional, accurate quotes to clients.
• Landscape Plans: Having experience in drawing up (manual or using a computer) landscaping plans is a significant advantage.
• Winter Work: While the primary focus is the growing season, we intend to transition high-performing specialists to snow plowing and winter maintenance.

Qualifications

• Technical Mastery: Proven background in professional lawn care and precision edging.
• Tree Trimming: Experience in tree trimming is considered a plus.
• Logistics: You must be highly proficient in maneuvering a truck with a 7’ x 16’ enclosed trailer.
• Efficiency: You must have the ability to work independently at a high pace while maintaining our "Signature" quality.
