360 Recruiter - Freelancer

Position Overview

We are looking for an ambitious Freelance 360 Recruiter to partner with us on a commission-based model. This role is ideal for a self-motivated recruiter with strong business development skills who can independently manage both client acquisition and candidate delivery. You will work with full flexibility, earning attractive commissions by successfully closing recruitment assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development (Core Focus)

  • Proactively identify, approach, and secure new clients across target markets.
  • Pitch recruitment services and negotiate commercial terms with decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain long-term client partnerships for recurring business.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of open roles through networking, market research, and cold outreach.

Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, headhunting, screening, interviewing, and managing offers.
  • Build strong candidate pools in relevant sectors through job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Match qualified candidates to client requirements and present shortlists with speed and accuracy.
  • Provide market insights on talent availability, salary ranges, and recruitment strategies.

Key Requirements

  • Proven track record as a 360 Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant with strong business development experience.
  • Established network of clients and/or candidates (preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to maximize earnings.
