Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for restaurant staff (kitchen, service, bar, and management roles)
  • Conduct interviews, prepare offers, and manage joining formalities
  • Deliver employee induction and ensure smooth onboarding

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and personnel files
  • Coordinate visa processing, Emirates ID, medicals, insurance, and renewals with PRO
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, WPS, and MOHRE regulations

Payroll & Administration

  • Prepare monthly payroll with accuracy (attendance, overtime, leave adjustments)
  • Handle end-of-service benefits, gratuity, and full & final settlements

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and day-to-day HR queries
  • Organize engagement and recognition programs for restaurant teams

Performance & Development

  • Coordinate probation reviews, appraisals, promotions, and contract renewals
  • Identify and support training initiatives with outlet managers
