HR Manager(Alumnium and Glass)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes within our aluminium and glass company. Candidates with experience in construction or contracting industries will also be considered. The ideal candidate must have strong experience managing site labour, handling grievances, and ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with labour law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for site and office staff, with a focus on labour force management.
• Address and resolve labour grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflicts efficiently.
• Ensure legal compliance with UAE labour laws and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
• Lead and manage recruitment, onboarding, and documentation processes for workers and staff.
• Process monthly payroll and attendance, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
• Maintain records of employee contracts, visas, leaves, and absences.
• Liaise with site supervisors and project managers to manage manpower requirements.
• Implement employee engagement, retention strategies, and welfare programs for site staff.
• Coordinate with PROs and government entities for visa/labour card-related work.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in aluminium and glass, construction, or contracting sectors.
• Strong understanding of labour management, particularly with blue-collar workforce.
• Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR compliance practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English; other languages are a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle labour issues proactively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Salary: AED 11,000 per month
