About the Project

A legendary cabaret restaurant, celebrated in Paris and soon to open its first-ever location in Dubai, is looking for a Human Resource Manager to join the leadership team. Straight from the heart of Paris, this cabaret restaurant is more than dining—it’s a full experience of art, performance, and culinary excellence. Dubai will soon be home to its first Middle East outpost, promising glamour, entertainment, and unforgettable evenings.

Role Overview

The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in building a talented team and shaping the culture of this new venture. From recruitment to retention, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the people strategy supports both the pre-opening phase and long-term success.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
• Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor law
• Cultivate a positive workplace culture focused on engagement and growth
• Lead performance management, compensation, and workforce planning initiatives
• Act as a strategic partner to senior management, aligning HR goals with business objectives
• Oversee compliance with legal, health, safety, and ethical standards

🎯 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (CIPD/SHRM certification preferred)
• At least 5 years of HR management experience, ideally within hospitality, F&B, or live entertainment
• Previous experience supporting pre-opening projects is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of UAE labor regulations and HR best practices
• Proven track record in leadership, conflict management, and employee relations
• Skilled at managing multicultural teams in a fast-paced environment
