About Us
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in UAE HR practices, with specific experience in UAE labor laws and regulations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can develop and implement HR strategies that support our organizational goals, ensure legal compliance, and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Manage employee benefits, payroll coordination, and leave administration.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and retention.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values.
- Handle employee investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally and legally.
- Maintain HR records and systems (HRIS) with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide HR metrics and reporting to support business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior HR role.
- Proven HR experience in the United States; experience in Texas is strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE and US employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred.
- Should be based in Dubai
