We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist (Male) to join our team in the UAE. This role requires someone who is obedient, highly organized, able to multi-task, and complete tasks accurately and efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills, a high level of tolerance, and a positive attitude are essential.

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role in the UAE.
- Must be fluent in English and Hindi (Mandatory)
- Working knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR regulations.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Proficient in HRM software (e.g., Olive, Zoho HR, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and typing.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in recruitment, onboarding, visa processing, employee insurance, Payroll data preparation, Employee data management.
- Strong attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, stay calm under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Must be obedient, fast, proactive, and follow instructions without deviation.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage high-volume recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documents and procedures are completed accurately.
- Handle visa processing, labor approvals, and employee insurance applications in line with UAE regulations.
HR Administration:
- Prepare and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to the employee life cycle, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of all HR processes.
Payroll & Employee Management:
- Prepare and verify payroll data for timely submission to accounts/management.
- Maintain employee files and databases with utmost accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitor attendance and leave records.
Offboarding & Exit Process:
- Prepare offboarding files, conduct exit formalities, and manage end-of-service documentation and clearance.
General HR Duties:
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
- Handle workload efficiently, remain proactive, and deliver results quickly and accurately.
- Follow all instructions from the HR Manager and coordinate effectively within the HR team.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
