Location: Hybrid - Dubai (UAE) with the expectation of travelling as necessary to other operating jurisdictions.

We provide Regulatory Governance, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Recruitment and Technology services (the “Services”) to a large number of clients including global, regional, and local financial services institutions, governments and other industry partners. As part of our global expansion plan, we are now looking for an ambitious and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Talent Solutions Team.


Job Purpose

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Talent Solutions to grow and develop the Talent Solutions business. The core focus will be on building a strong portfolio of external client roles and relationships. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client acquisition to candidate sourcing, assessment, and placement. In addition, you will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence, preparing high-quality candidate packs, and contributing to marketing and communications initiatives that support our growth plans. This role requires a proactive, commercially minded individual who can deliver exceptional recruitment solutions while helping to shape and expand our market presence.


Duties and Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Attract and onboard new clients, fostering long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Develop existing client relationships, positioning the firm as their preferred recruitment partner.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that exceed expectations.

Recruitment & Candidate Management

  • Source, attract, and engage high caliber candidates using innovative sourcing strategies, social media platforms, and databases.
  • Screen and evaluate CVs and applications, producing high-quality candidate packs for client review.
  • Conduct pre-interview assessments and provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage offer negotiation, including compensation discussions, to secure successful placements.

Business Development & Market Intelligence

  • Employ creative marketing and advertising strategies to attract top talent and promote opportunities.
  • Build and leverage networks to generate new business leads and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date market knowledge, providing clients with insights on hiring trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability.

Personal Responsibilities

  • Champion and strengthen the j. awan & partners Talent Solutions brand, ensuring it is recognized, trusted, and valued by both colleagues and clients.
  • Support the attraction, development, and retention of best-in-market recruitment talent to drive our growth in the UAE and global markets.
  • Act as an ambassador of the firm’s values, contributing to a collaborative, professional, and high-performance culture.

Experience (essential to any successful application)

  • A strong and proven track record in financial services recruitment, sales, networking and/or client development and relationship management.
  • Experience in GRC recruitment high desired.
  • Experience with business development is essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant business studies or business management field is highly desirable
