Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top real estate talent — including property consultants, brokers, leasing agents, and support staff — to meet the company’s growing business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, strong networking skills, and a proven ability to match candidates with the right roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — from job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer management and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various real estate positions.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads and management to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
  • Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and recruitment agencies to source candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
  • Stay updated with UAE labour laws, RERA licensing requirements, and real estate market trends.
  • Represent the company professionally at job fairs, industry events, and recruitment drives.
  • Promote the company’s brand and culture to potential candidates to ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the real estate or property sector in Dubai or the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE employment laws and RERA regulations.
  • Proven experience in hiring real estate agents, brokers, and property consultants.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets within tight timelines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Existing network of licensed real estate professionals in Dubai.
  • Knowledge of commission structures and performance metrics in real estate firms.
  • Multilingual abilities (Arabic, English, Hindi, or other regional languages) are an advantage.
