3D Animated Designer

Education

• Minimum Bachelor Degree is required.
• Degree or diploma in Animation, 3D Design, Visual Effects, or a related field.
• Equivalent professional experience with a strong portfolio may be sufficient.

. Technical Skills

• Proficiency in 3D software: Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, etc.
• Animation tools knowledge: Keyframing, rigging, graph editor, constraint systems.
• Rendering engines: Knowledge of V-Ray, Arnold, Octane, or Redshift.
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or compositing tools is often required.

Artistic Skills

• Strong understanding of anatomy, motion, weight, timing, and storytelling.
• Good eye for design, detail, color, lighting, and composition.

Experience

• 1–5+ years of experience in 3D animation or motion graphics.
• A portfolio or demo reel demonstrating high-quality 3D animation is essential.
