We are looking for a 3D Animator & Rigging Artist to work on games and CGI videos.
Experience: 1–3 years (Experienced candidates only)
Responsibilities
- High-quality character, creature, prop & environment animation for mobile games and CGI videos.
- Create clean, production-ready rigs with proper deformation and controllers.
- Work with Rokoko Motion Capture data — cleaning, retargeting & enhancing performances.
- Collaborate with art, dev & design teams to maintain consistent visual style.
- Optimize animation assets for Unity/Unreal workflows.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Maya / Blender (preferred), or 3ds Max.
- Solid understanding of rigging fundamentals, deformation, and controller setups.
- Strong grasp of animation principles (timing, weight, arcs, posing, body mechanics).
- Experience working with Rokoko mocap (or willingness + strong interest to learn fast).
- Experience in mobile game pipelines is a major plus.
- Good understanding of Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
Bonus (Good to Have)
- Experience with facial animation or stylized animation.
- Knowledge of retargeting workflows and animation cleanup.
- Understanding of export pipelines (FBX, materials, LODs).
