About the company: One of our clients is a Mumbai-based firm specializing in healthcare architecture and planning. With 16 years of experience, they focus on designing aesthetic, sustainable, and affordable healthcare facilities, such as hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and wellness spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create detailed 3D models of architectural designs using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Produce high-quality photorealistic renderings and animations to visualize architectural concepts.
• Develop and maintain a library of textures, materials, and 3D assets.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of visual content.
• Participate in project meetings to provide visual insights and feedback.
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, including still images, animations, and VR walkthroughs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Artist, preferably within an architectural firm.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit).
• Expertise in rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Lumion).
• Strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic renderings and animations.
• Solid understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
