3D Artist

We are seeking a talented and passionate 3D Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D assets, environments, and characters that align with our artistic vision. This role requires a strong understanding of modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models of characters, props, and environments based on concept art and references.
• Develop realistic and stylized textures, materials, and shaders.
• Assist in lighting, rendering, and visual composition for scenes.
• Collaborate with concept artists, animators, and developers to ensure visual consistency.
• Optimize 3D assets for real-time engines (e.g., Unity Engine) or offline rendering pipelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas and solutions.
• Maintain organized asset files and follow production pipelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 3D Artist in games, animation, or VFX.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering skills.
• Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or ZBrush.
• Experience with texturing tools like Substance Painter, Photoshop, or Quixel.
• Knowledge of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Understanding of polygon optimization, UV mapping, and asset preparation for engines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with real-time engines (Unity Engine).
• Familiarity with rigging and animation workflows.
