3D Artist / Sculptor (ZBrush & Blender)

About the Role:

Ralma Studio is seeking a talented and motivated 3D Artist & Sculptor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about bringing artistic visions to life—both digitally and physically. You will work closely with artist Reem Al Mazrouei, assisting in the development of sculptures, architectural forms, and organic models including humans, animals, and imaginative creatures.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D models of characters, creatures, and architectural elements using ZBrush (and optionally Blender).

• Produce detailed renders for concept presentations, proposals, and final artworks.

• Collaborate with the lead artist on artistic concepts, visual direction, and design execution.

• Assist in traditional sculpting and manual production, including sanding, priming, painting, and surface finishing.

• Participate in hands-on casting processes (resin, metal, etc.) and learn various material techniques.

• Support in daily studio operations and assist Reem Al Mazrouei with ongoing art studies and creative projects.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in ZBrush (required); Blender is a plus.

• Solid understanding of anatomy, form, and proportions (human and animal).

• Experience in rendering, lighting, and texturing for high-quality visual outputs.

• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn traditional sculpting, casting, and finishing techniques.

• A positive attitude, creativity, and a desire to grow in both digital and physical art disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in fine arts, sculpture, or 3D design.

• Familiarity with 3D printing and model preparation.

• Passion for combining traditional craftsmanship with modern digital tools.
