3D Design Engineer

• Ensure 100% accurate measurements and site conditions are captured.
• Fill standard Site Recce Form (measurements, levels, services, obstacles).
• Capture minimum 15–20 photos and necessary videos per project.
• Client Requirements as per customised / unique requirements by client
• Tag & upload all data in the correct project folder (with standard naming).Site validation & recce for allotted projects
• 2D layout & elevation drawings (pre-3D)
• Physical mood board preparation & client approval
• Estimate preparation with correct BOQ base
• 2D drawings after 3D approval (final GFC drawings)
• Production model preparation with designer
• Prepare clean 2D layout plan with all room names, sizes, references.
• Prepare elevations of all relevant walls for modular/interior work.
• Ensure alignment with recce data (no mismatch in sizes, windows, beams, etc.).
• Release 2D set for 3D designer within committed timeline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
