Job Title: Design Engineer – Valve Design (Ball, Gate & DBB Valve)

Job Summary

Biitcode is looking for an experienced Design Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Ball Valves, Gate Valves, and Double Block & Bleed (DBB) Valves. The role involves project-based design, GAD preparation, BOM creation, 2D/3D modeling, and adherence to international valve standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute project orders and ensure timely delivery of design documents.
• Design Ball Valves, Gate Valves & Double Block & Bleed Valves.
• Prepare GADs (General Arrangement Drawings) based on customer specifications.
• Create Bill of Materials (BOM) in ERP and generate component drawings.
• Work independently on project orders within defined timelines.
• Ensure compliance with API, ASME, ASTM, ISO standards.
• Prepare audit documents (API & ISO).
• Maintain design records and documentation for all design packages.
• Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks for 2D & 3D designing.
• Support new product development and valve calculation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Valve Design (Ball, Gate, DBB valves).
• Strong understanding of national and international valve standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (2D & 3D).
• Knowledge of BOM, GAD preparation, and engineering drawings.
• Ability to work independently and manage time-bound deliverables.
• Experience in preparing audit and compliance documents (API/ISO).
• Knowledge of valve calculations – added advantage.
