Key Responsibilities

Design Creation:

Develop creative and original 3D designs—including models, renderings, and animations—that meet project requirements and exceed client expectations.

Project Collaboration:

Work closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts align with overall project objectives and brand guidelines.

Concept Development:

Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and design concepts that enhance visual storytelling.

Client Engagement:

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate feedback, ensuring designs reflect their objectives and preferences.

Revisions & Updates:
-
Manage design revisions based on client and internal feedback while maintaining high standards of creativity and quality.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and quality standards, proactively resolving any design challenges.

Deadline Management:

Prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively to deliver all design materials on time.
Qualifications

Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in 3D design—ideally within the events, exhibitions, or marketing industries—with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Skills:

Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.

Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
