Jon Richards Company partners with other innovative thinkers to build sets, scenes, signs and surroundings in some of the most moving, enchanting and memorable places in the world. We are a full-service custom fabrication shop building themed sets and attractions for theme parks and other entertainment industries.

The Position: Custom Fabrication shop is looking for 3D Modeler / CAD Operator

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in drawing sets, props, signage for local custom fabrication shop.
• Knowledge of latest version of AutoDesk Inventor and AutoCAD required

Minimum qualifications:

• Understanding of architectural standards is helpful
• Will train on specific standards for our industry
• A fast learner
• Must be spatially oriented, able to envision products being developed
• Fast paced work environment.
• Must be willing to work overtime when required.
• Candidate must possess excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate must have strong organizational skills, be self-motivated, detail oriented, and accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
• Work effectively in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
