Are you a talented and creative individual with a passion for 3D design and project estimation? We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated 3D Designer cum Project Estimator to join our innovative team. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as we believe in nurturing emerging talents.

Key Responsibilities:

Create visually stunning 3D designs using tools such as 3DS Max, AutoCAD, V-ray, and SketchUp.

Collaborate with the project team to understand design requirements and deliver compelling visualizations.

Estimate project costs accurately, considering materials, labor, and other relevant factors.

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on the provided drawings.

Develop project timelines and assist in project management tasks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in 3D design, Architecture, or a related field.

Proficiency in 3DS Max, AutoCAD, V-ray, and SketchUp is essential.

Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Additional Requirements:
