3D Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our team and contribute to high-quality visualization and design development for our projects.

Full-time | On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models and renderings for both interior and exterior spaces.
• Develop detailed drawings aligned with approved 3D designs.
• Collaborate with the design and project team to ensure accuracy and consistency across all drawings and visual presentations.
• Prepare material specifications, selections, and support in developing Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Support design reviews and make required revisions promptly.
• Ensure deliverables meet industry standards, project timelines, and client expectations.

Requirements

• Strong professional skills in 3D modeling and rendering (interior & exterior).
• Proficiency in relevant software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar tools.
• Ability to prepare detailed drawings based on 3D concepts.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and their applications.
• Experience in preparing or supporting BOQ development.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and technical accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and within a project team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Experience working in healthcare, consultancy, or related industries is an advantage.
• Portfolio showcasing 3D design and rendering work.
