3D Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D architectural and interior models using industry-standard software.
• Produce realistic renderings and visual presentations for client submissions and internal review.
• Coordinate with architects and design teams to ensure the 3D output reflects the project vision accurately.
• Prepare lighting, texturing, and material setups for photorealistic renderings.
• Develop walkthrough animations and promotional visuals when needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of visuals while maintaining attention to detail and design quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D design within the UAE.
• Proficient in the following software:
• 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD, Photoshop
• Strong eye for detail, design composition, and realism.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
