We’re looking for a talented Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team and help elevate our design presentation and documentation standards.

Role Overview
The Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer will collaborate with the design team to develop interior concepts, produce high-quality photoreal 3D renders, and prepare accurate 2D working drawings. The ideal candidate is technically strong, design-minded, and experienced in lighting and material work within rendering engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers to develop creative, functional interior concepts.
• Produce photorealistic 3D renders and visualizations with strong attention to lighting, materials, and composition.
• Create detailed 2D working drawings, plans, elevations, and sections in AutoCAD for construction and documentation.
• Present design concepts and visualizations to clients; attend client meetings as required.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure visuals and drawings meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and best practices; integrate innovative techniques where appropriate.

Requirements

• Proven experience in interior design and 3D visualization.
• Advanced proficiency in 3Ds Max and V-Ray or Corona Renderer.
• Strong knowledge of lighting setup, materials, and rendering workflows to achieve realistic results.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for producing detailed working drawings.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photoreal renders, visualizations, and 2D working drawings.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
