3D Designer

Thexsol is seeking a highly creative 3D Designer having atleast 2 years working experience to join our dynamic team and elevate our visual identity. In this role, you will transform conceptual ideas into stunning digital assets, utilizing advanced modeling, texturing, and rendering techniques to deliver high-quality graphics for our software products and client projects.
Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality 3D graphics and 3D models that align with project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with developers and the marketing team at Thexsol to integrate visual elements into web and mobile applications.
• Execute complex 3D rendering, texturing, lighting, and UV mapping to create photorealistic or stylized visuals.
• Create engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance user experience (UX) and presentation materials.
• Optimize 3D assets and graphics for web performance without compromising on visual quality or loading speed.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends in graphic design and software technology to ensure our visual content remains competitive.
• Requirements
• 3 Years of work experience as a 3D Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar role with a strong professional portfolio.
• Expertise in translating artistic concepts into technical realities for a software company environment.
• Solid understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, and visual aesthetics in both 2D and 3D spaces.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design choices to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or relevant field experience.

Required Skills#

• Adobe Creative Cloud: Expert proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD/Figma.
• 3D Software: Proficiency in tools like Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.
• Rendering: Strong skills in rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Octane, or Cycles).
• Modeling & Texturing: High-poly and low-poly modeling, UV unwrapping, and texturing.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
