We're looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Graphic Designer with experience using Structure Studios software to join our growing design team.

Position Summary:

As our 3D Graphic Designer, you'll play a critical role in helping clients visualize their future backyard oasis. Using Structure Studios tools, you'll produce realistic and compelling 3D designs, animations, and virtual tours for custom pool and outdoor living projects. Your visuals will directly support our sales team and help turn ideas into signed contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D pool, spa, and outdoor living designs using Structure Studios.
• Produce immersive renderings, flythrough videos, and virtual walkthroughs for presentations and proposals.
• Update and revise designs based on client feedback and evolving project requirements.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and brand standards across all visual assets.
• Stay current with design trends and new tools in 3D visualization and outdoor living design.
• Prepare, submit and track Permits for construction projects.

Requirements:

• Experience in preparing and submitting permits is required.
• 2+ years of experience in 3D design, architectural visualization, or outdoor living design.
• A strong portfolio of pool/outdoor living renderings and animations.
• Understanding of pool construction elements, landscaping, and spatial planning.
• Excellent visual storytelling and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proven experience using Structure Studios software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
