Job Description

We are looking for a 3D Designer based in Saudi Arabia to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D concepts, visualizations, and renderings for events, exhibitions, and immersive brand experiences within KSA. This role requires a strong understanding of spatial design, materials, and event environments, along with the ability to transform creative ideas into realistic and production-ready designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D concepts and visualizations for events, booths, exhibitions, and activations
• Produce high-quality renderings, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals
• Translate creative briefs into practical and buildable design solutions
• Collaborate with graphic designers and project teams to ensure cohesive design execution
• Incorporate branding elements into spatial designs
• Prepare technical drawings and specifications for production teams
• Ensure designs are aligned with budgets, timelines, and technical constraints
• Revise and optimize designs based on client and internal feedback
• Design event branding materials, including backdrops, banners, signage, invitations, and digital assets
• Knowledge of Arabic typography and bilingual design (Arabic/English)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Design, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in 3D design, preferably in events or exhibitions
• Strong portfolio showcasing event designs, booth designs, or spatial concepts
• Proficiency in 3D software such as: 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or Cinema 4D
• Experience with rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Lumion)
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and spatial composition
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects

Preferred Skills

• Experience in event production, exhibition stands, or stage design
• Knowledge of technical drawings and fabrication processes
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drafting tools
• Basic animation or motion visualization skills
• Understanding of local regulations and event setup requirements in KSA
