Production Manager - Event & Exhibitions

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Production Manager to join our team at Expo City, Dubai. This senior role is responsible for leading the production planning and execution of large-scale events and exhibitions, ensuring seamless delivery from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex projects, teams, and stakeholders under tight timelines.

Skills and Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Engineering, Production, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in event and exhibition production
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Extensive knowledge of event production systems, materials, and workflows
• Hands-on experience with large-scale exhibitions, live events, and installations
• Excellent budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and reporting tools
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and extended event days
• Thorough understanding of health, safety, and venue compliance regulations
