3D Designer – Exhibition / Events

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer with experience in exhibition stands, events, and experiential environments. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality 3D visuals and technical drawings for exhibition booths, kiosks, retail displays, and event setups.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative 3D concepts for exhibition stands, trade shows, and event environments.
• Prepare realistic 3D renderings and presentations for client approvals.
• Create detailed technical drawings for production and fabrication.
• Coordinate with project managers, production teams, and carpentry teams.
• Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Ensure designs meet client branding guidelines and venue regulations.
• Prepare material specifications and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) if required.
• Conduct site visits when necessary.
• Meet project deadlines under tight schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in exhibition stand design (GCC experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of:
• 3ds Max / SketchUp / Blender
• V-Ray / Corona / Lumion
• AutoCAD
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Strong understanding of materials, fabrication, and production processes.
• Ability to create creative and practical designs.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
