3D Designer (Interior Design & Materials Specialist)

Job Summary:

The 3D Designer is responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations for interior design projects, translating conceptual designs into realistic and detailed renders. The role requires strong interior design understanding along with practical knowledge of materials, finishes, textures, and fabrication methods to ensure accurate and buildable visual representations aligned with project requirements at Fables Interiors.

Key Responsibilities:3D Visualization & Design

• Develop high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings for interior residential and commercial projects.
• Convert 2D drawings, sketches, and design concepts into detailed 3D visual presentations.
• Create multiple design options based on client requirements and design direction.
• Produce walkthroughs and presentation visuals for client approvals.

Interior Design Understanding

• Interpret design concepts, space planning, and layout ideas accurately.
• Work closely with designers to ensure the visual output aligns with design intent.
• Understand functional and aesthetic requirements of interior spaces.

Materials & Technical Knowledge

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of interior materials such as wood, laminates, veneers, stones, metals, fabrics, glass, and finishes.
• Apply accurate textures, materials, and lighting in renders to reflect real-world execution.
• Understand material applications, limitations, and combinations used in interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with procurement and design teams to ensure material accuracy in visuals.

Coordination & Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, CAD draftsmen, and project teams to ensure accuracy of design deliverables.
• Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams into revised visual outputs.
• Participate in design discussions and contribute creative input when required.

Quality & Presentation

• Ensure all 3D outputs are presentation-ready and meet company quality standards.
• Maintain consistency in design style, lighting, and material detailing across projects.
• Deliver visuals within agreed timelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in 3D visualization within interior design or fit-out industry.
• Strong proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of interior construction, detailing, and execution processes.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and design briefs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
