3D Designer (Project Based)

About the Company:
IFP is a prominent organization in the events and exhibitions sector, focused on organizing and delivering exhibitions, trade fairs, and corporate functions. We work closely with clients and partners to create exceptional event experiences, offering services such as booth design, stage setup, and full venue environment development through our internal design team.

Position Type:
Freelance / Project-Based

Essential Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in 3D design within events, exhibitions, or related fields
• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max (required)
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for post-production, presentations, and visual storytelling
• Ability to prepare BOQs, detailed technical drawings, and production-ready outputs
• Solid knowledge of materials, lighting, and spatial planning
• Must own a computer with a fully operational setup
• A strong portfolio is required

Performance Expectations:

• Ability to deliver work quickly and efficiently with short turnaround times
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-reliant, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Applicants who take extended time (several days) for basic deliverables will not be a good fit

Preferred (Not Required):

• Familiarity with Blender, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, or comparable tools
• Background in large-scale event projects
• Experience handling multiple projects at once
• Previous involvement in government or ministry-related work

Remote / Project-Based
