Senior 3D Visualization Manager

Role Overview

As the Senior 3D Visualization Manager, you will lead the creative and technical direction of Render Experts' most prestigious accounts. Reporting directly to the executive board, you will bridge the gap between architectural concept and photorealistic reality. You are responsible for maintaining the highest global standards in CGI, VR, and immersive walkthroughs, ensuring Qatar’s landmark projects are represented with unparalleled visual fidelity.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Directorship: Oversee the end-to-end production of high-fidelity 3D renderings, animations, and VR experiences for large-scale architectural and master-planning projects.
• Pipeline Optimization: Lead the implementation of advanced rendering technologies (Ray Tracing, Unreal Engine 5, Cloud Rendering) to maximize studio efficiency and output quality.
• Strategic Project Management: Manage resource allocation across multiple high-priority projects, ensuring strict adherence to Doha’s rapid development timelines.
• Client Consultation: Act as the primary technical point of contact for VIP stakeholders, government entities, and lead architects to translate complex visions into visual assets.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous reviews of all studio outputs to ensure lighting, texturing, and composition align with the "Render Experts" signature aesthetic.
• Mentorship: Lead and upskill a diverse team of 3D artists, technical directors, and post-production specialists.

Requirements

• Experience: 12+ years in 3D Visualization or Digital Production, with at least 5 years in a leadership/managerial role within the Middle East or a global top-tier studio.
• Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Unreal Engine, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Portfolio: A world-class portfolio showcasing large-scale architectural projects, luxury interiors, and innovative digital storytelling.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and handle the high-pressure environment of the Qatari real estate market.

Pay: QAR67,683.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
