3D Designer/ Visualiser / SketchUp / Lumion

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our team. The role involves creating high-quality 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations to support architectural, interior, and construction projects. The candidate should have strong visualization skills, technical expertise in 3D software, and an eye for design aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models, renderings, and animations for architectural and interior design projects.

• Create realistic lighting, textures, and material finishes to accurately represent design concepts.

• Work closely with architects, designers, and project teams to understand requirements and visualize concepts.

• Produce virtual walkthroughs and flythroughs for client presentations.

• Ensure accuracy of scale, proportion, and detail in all visual outputs.

• Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

• Stay updated with the latest visualization trends, tools, and rendering techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Multimedia, or related field.

• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer/3D Artist in architecture or interior design projects.

• Proficiency in software such as:

• 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Lumion, Blender

• AutoCAD, Revit (for model extraction)

• Photoshop/Illustrator (for post-production)

• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and materials.

• Ability to translate 2D drawings into photorealistic 3D visuals.

• Good communication skills and ability to work under tight schedules.

• Knowledge of BIM tools (Revit/Navisworks) is an added advantage.

• Experience with VR/AR visualization.

• Creativity with a strong design sense
