3D Visualizer and Draughtsman (Female)

Position: 3D Visualizer and Draughtsman (Female)
Location: Kakkanad
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 3–5 years

Key Responsibilities

• Model architectural projects from minimal sketches and coordinate independently with architects and third parties.
• Interpret and manage architectural CAD drawings efficiently.
• Convert datasets from CAD or other 3D modeling tools into workable 3D models.
• Produce high-quality 3D modeling, unwrapping, texturing, lighting, camera animation, and rendering.
• Deliver highly photo-realistic visuals (exterior, interior, and landscape) and animations using V-Ray/Corona.
• Handle 2D image compositing, retouching, and post-production using software like Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, and Nuke.
• Create 3D walkthroughs and flythrough animations.
• Collaborate as a part of a technically sound team.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization.
• Visit project sites for measurements and to supervise work progress when needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: B.Tech (Civil), B.Arch, BA Interior Design, Diploma in Interior Design/Civil
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in 3D Architectural Visualization
• Software Proficiency:
• AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion
• Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, Nuke, and other related tools
• Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics
• Creativity, visual storytelling, and an eye for composition
• Knowledge of civil drafting will be an added advantage
