ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER & CREATIVE DESIGNER

Job Title: Architectural Visualizer & Creative Designer (Renders + Marketing)

We are looking for a multi-talented creative professional who can bring our architectural and real estate projects to life through stunning renders, engaging marketing material, and strong brand visuals.

This is a hybrid role at the intersection of architecture, visualization, and marketing design — perfect for someone who loves both the technical side of rendering and the creative side of branding and presentations.

What You’ll Do

• Produce high-quality architectural renders (Photoshop post-production, 3D visualization, photorealistic outputs).
• Convert drawings and CAD/Revit outputs into presentation-ready visuals (plans, elevations, sections, perspectives).
• Design sales & marketing materials – brochures, flyers, pitch decks, hoardings, social media creatives.
• Develop and maintain brand identity – logos, design guidelines, templates.
• Edit and enhance images & videos for campaigns.
• Collaborate with architects, sales, and marketing teams to deliver client-facing presentations and promotional material.

What We’re Looking For

Strong proficiency in:

• Photoshop (mandatory for render post-production)
• SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max / Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape (any combination works)
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva)
• Bonus skills: Video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong eye for design, color, typography, and layouts.

Education: Architecture / Interior Design / Graphic Design / Visual Communication background preferred.

Experience: 2–6 years in architectural visualization + marketing design (real estate experience is a plus).
