3D Designer(Expert in Machine Operator)

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate and maintain various 3D printers, including SLA, FDM, and CNC machines.

· Perform regular testing and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

· Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the 3D printing process, such as print failures, mechanical issues, or material problems.

· Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized to ensure safe and efficient operations.

· Create detailed and accurate 3D models using Blender, ensuring they meet client specifications and are optimized for 3D printing.

· Develop complex and visually appealing models with a focus on design precision, texturing, and proper geometry for printing.

· Prepare and optimize files for printing, converting them to compatible formats (e.g., STL, OBJ) and generating G-code for the printing process.

· Conduct model repairs and adjustments as needed to ensure flawless 3D prints.

· Perform quality control checks on printed objects to ensure accuracy, durability, and functionality.

· Inspect final prints for defects and take corrective action to resolve any issues.

· Continuously optimize the printing process based on inspection results and client feedback to improve quality and reduce errors.

· Work with clients or internal teams to understand 3D printing needs and project requirements.

· Provide recommendations on materials, techniques, and design approaches that best suit the project.

· Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates and address concerns.

· Assist with the research and development of new 3D printing methods, materials, and technologies.

· Stay current on emerging trends in the 3D printing field and incorporate best practices into everyday workflows.

· Contribute to the exploration of reverse engineering, prototyping, and other innovative manufacturing solutions.

· Train team members and clients on using 3D printers, Blender, and other related software.

· Keep detailed records of print jobs, design revisions, machine maintenance, and troubleshooting logs for future reference.

Qualifications:

· Proficiency in Blender for 3D modeling and design, including modeling, texturing, rigging, and rendering.

· Experience with operating a variety of 3D printers, including SLA, FDM, and CNC machines.

· Strong ability to generate G-code for 3D printing, CNC machines, and laser cutters.

· Experience in preparing models for 3D printing, including file optimization and mesh repair.

· Knowledge of various 3D printing materials and their properties.

· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the 3D printing process.

· Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively.

· Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
