We are looking for a highly motivated 3D Digital Twin Specialist who is skilled in 3D modeling and generalist workflows, with a strong passion for learning new tools, technologies, and industry domains. This individual will play a key role in creating high-quality digital twins for engineering dashboards, operational dashboards, visualizations, and advanced animations.

Create high-quality 3D models for products, infrastructure, environments, and geospatial datasets.

Work with tools such as Blender, Unreal Engine, 3ds Max, Maya, or similar 3D software.

Build accurate and optimized digital twins suitable for engineering-grade dashboards, simulations, and animations.

Maintain consistency, accuracy, and performance in all 3D assets.

Optimize 3D workflows to reduce turnaround time while maintaining high output quality.

Identify bottlenecks and introduce improved techniques and tools.

Ensure efficient asset preparation for real-time engines and web-based visualization platforms.

Understand problem statements clearly and propose practical, effective solutions.

Conduct R&D on new methods, tools, plugins, and automation techniques.

Continuously explore new industry needs, domains, and best practices in 3D, GIS, and digital twin technologies.

Collaborate with engineering, product, and visualization teams to build end-to-end digital twin pipelines.

Suggest creative ideas for visual storytelling, simulations, and technical animations.

Work on prototyping and experimenting with new approaches that enhance efficiency and output quality.

Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and scene setup.

Experience with Unreal Engine, Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or equivalent.

Understanding of geospatial data, GIS workflows, or infrastructure modeling (plus).

Experience with animation, motion graphics, or cinematic visualization.

Understanding of digital twin platforms or real-time engines.
